There is limited allocation for the nights of 26th and 27th March at the following accommodation and will be working on a first come, first served basis. To secure a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required with the balance to be paid at least one month prior to the arrival date.

TRAINS - I have negotiated a 30% discount each with RENFE trains and 25% each way with AVE during the conference period. In reality, if you book a return trip which always gives 20% discount, the the discount overall is 10% and 5% respectively. Reservations cannot be made until 8 weeks in advance but I suggest that you let me know your requirements as soon as possible to make sure that you are not disappointed.

AIR TRAVEL - Please consult on this matter. As from 1st January 2004 a number of airlines are changing policies and price structures. Reservations on airlines such as Easyjet cannot be made by me.

EXCURSIONS/VISITS: If you are planning to stay longer, please ask me about other places to visit within Spain.
