Pre-registration is now closed. Our thanks to all those who
have registered.
For convenience, you may still
print out and fill in the registration forms to bring with you on the day of
the convention.

Choose one of the forms.
Individual registration is for 1 person only. Institutional registration is for
a minimum of 5 people who belong to the same institution. All institutional
members must register and pay at the same time. Students included in
institutional membership must pay at the institutional rate (20 per person).
Please complete all the boxes, including DNI. Applicants for
"Homologación (solo Funcionarios)" please include the required
information (shaded boxes).

In order to attend the
convention, you must be a member of TESOL-SPAIN. If your membership is not due
until after April 2005, or is paid through direct debit, check the appropriate
box and include your membership number(s).
