NOTES ON ACCOMMODATIONS: there is
limited allocation for the nights of 11th and 12th March 2005 at the following
hotels: rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To secure
a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required with the balance to be paid at
least one month prior to arrival date. For those wishing to make reservations
immediately, deposit will not be charged until January 2005 when the Spanish
financial year begins.
HOTEL BECQUER - Reyes Catolicos, 4 - A small
4-star hotel, highly recommended by various clients with an extremely friendly
staff - Centrally located and between 10 to 15 minutes walk from the convention
site.
NH VIAPOL - Balbino Marron s/n - Very modern 4-star hotel , 10
minutes walk from the site.
PASARELA - Avenida de la Borbolla, 11 -
Classified as a 4-star hotel- Just over 5 minutes walk from the convention
centre.
MURILLO - Lope de Rueda, 7 - 9 - A "quaint" 2-star hotel in the
Barrio Santa Cruz and within 5 minutes walking distance from the convention
site.

a student to take advantage of this offer; you only have to identify yourself

TRAINS - A 30% discount
each way in RENFE and 25% each way in AVE has been negotiated. Reservations
cannot be made until 8 weeks in advance but it is suggested that you let me
have your requirements as soon as possible to make sure you are not
disappointed as the general public will also be travelling on this trains. For
security purposes, any tickets sent by post will be registered and the price
charged. Carefully consider this choice.
