"AI and Its Impacts on English Language Teaching (ELT)"
As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to reshape education, its influence on English Language Teaching (ELT) is both profound and accelerating. To address this evolving landscape, TESOL Morocco, in collaboration with TESOL Spain, TESOL Saudi Arabia, and TESOL Kuwait, is proud to announce the International TESOL Conference 2024.
Bringing together researchers, educators, practitioners, and policy-makers from across the globe, this one-day international conference will provide a dynamic platform for sharing best practices, critical insights, and innovative ideas on how AI is transforming English language education. Through scholarly dialogue, hands-on presentations, and research sharing, the conference aims to explore how AI technologies such as chatbots, adaptive learning platforms, generative tools, and data analytics are impacting teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum development.
Objectives
- Explore the role of AI in modernizing English language instruction
- Share research on the integration of AI in ELT classrooms
- Examine ethical, pedagogical, and practical implications
