Survey for neurodivergent language teachers

The main aims of the survey are:
- to understand the experience of neurodivergent language teachers in the industry
- to analyze how schools and other organizations can help these teachers thrive
- to start a conversation in the language teaching world about neuro-inclusion for language teachers

This project has 2 stages:
1. written survey
2. one-on-one interviews
